The end!

Hi!

Well, our project is over, it is finished. It has been a long time since we started, where we put our best effort to come up with awesome ideas for Yle. We tried to explain all this process in our pitching, which you can see below. Hope you like it! At least, for us, the experience of pitching has been really good and it helps us a lot to know how to show our product.

We really like to see some of our ideas implemented in the future, because we think, and some users do too, that the challenges can be a really good way to get audience engaged with the shows. Even if is not in live. Personally, we would love to compete with some of our friends and get rewards from Yle.

We have added our presentation here in case you want to see our design. Feel free to contact with us for anything! We want to see our product in the streets, so tell us if you have interest!

Best wishes to Yle and Demola. It was a pleasure.

The mid-pitching and the final idea

The mid-pitching is done and now let's go forward!

After the no-slide-pitching it was time to get more specific with out ideas
and do a 3-minute pitching speech with slides. It was hard to choose only one
idea since we had developed as many as we could. There is something in all
of them that we would have liked to show the others, but in the end, there was
time only for one.

We chose one of our main ideas, "the Hunger games", the point collecting-idea
that we had already developed a bit further than others. By using a scenario
we presented our great idea to the audience and the judges. The judges gave us
some very valuable feedback and and things to think about.

In a meeting with our YLE project partner Arttu and the other teams we discussed
about the main ideas that all the four teams have created during this autumn.
In this meeting was also decided which idea each team will take and develop further.
We have now the final goal: to create a way the audience can compete with each
other for example by using points or some other way.

We have developed some mock up screens and are currently testing it with end users..
